CCAMR is a private, non-profit corporation. We currently provide support to individuals with cognitive disabilities who live in our Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA). CCAMR is licensed by the Illinois Department of Human Services and accredited by CARF (Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission). Our group home has been approved by the Illinois State Fire Marshall and the City of Champaign. The purpose of CCAMR is to provide a home in which individuals may attain the most independent, productive, and dignified lifestyle possible; to facilitate learning of new skills and values to help the individuals we serve to realize their goals; to encourage the individuals we serve to be active members of their community and to utilize the opportunities available to them; to encourage and support the individuals we serve in forming friendships and social ties.
