This office provides leadership on the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign campus in the areas of diversity, affirmative action, and equal employment opportunity. It educates the University community about affirmative action and equal employment laws and reviews policies and program to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and guidelines.
